Next time I decide to drink about a pot of coffee and work out after 8 PM, please remind me not too! I was up at all hours of the night last night because I couldn’t sleep! I’m actually not all that tired this morning…but I know I need my sleep!
For breakfast, I had an egg sandwich with egg beaters, FF cheese, and FF turkey on a sandwich thin, along with strawberries/blueberries and skim milk.
Mmmm! Breakfast never tasted so good! I was hungry this morning.
While working, I sipped on coffee with Almond Joy creamer. Not that I needed any more coffee in my body!
On my first break, I ate 1 oz. of raw almonds.
And a Weight Watchers Light Smoked string cheese.
It snowed today. It was a good day to be working at home!
For lunch, I finished up the squash soup and also had tuna with light Miracle Whip, black beans, and sliced tomatoes.
And I also had a No Pudge! brownie.
On my last break, I ate 1/2 cup of grapes.
Measuring my fruits and veggies out will take some getting used to again. But I feel better about it. More in control and more knowledgeable about what I’m actually eating.
For supper, I made a shredded beef BBQ salad topped with feta cheese and mushrooms.
I was hungry and ended up eating about double the meat that I had on this salad (6 oz. total), but I’m also under my weekly budget. So that leaves me a little leeway over the weekend if I want to eat a little more, if hungry.
I also ate one Girl Scout’s Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookie.
I’ll probably want a snack later on tonight.
All I can say is that the scale has been showing me some serious love. And I sure hope it continues!!
I also checked my BP a few times today, now that I’ve been on the new BP meds for a few weeks. And it’s FINALLY normal!! I will be keeping a much closer watch on the numbers over the next week to make sure it is consistent, but that makes me feel a lot better. Maybe I finally found a medication that will help.
Here are my stats for the day:

I can handle that. I’m still 657 calories UNDER my weekly budget.
Any plans for the weekend? I just plan on having a relaxing weekend at home!

ReplyDeleteOh! COFFEE! I've done that so many times. I somehow manage to forget that having that late-night cup will keep me up all evening and then make me miserable the next day. Argh!
ReplyDeleteLove the food spread, too. Goodness...your blog always makes me hungry and happy. :)
How cute is your measuring cup! Kind of makes measuring out food a little bit more fun! The girl scout cookie looks delish! Hope you are having a fabulous weekend doll! xo
