I weighed in this morning at 201.2! A new low for me…Yay! I lost 1.6 lbs. this morning and have lost a total of 86.8 lbs! I am getting so close to Onederland…I really wanted to make it this week, but I had to tell myself that 1.6 lbs. is a fantastic loss—for me!
For breakfast this morning, I had a toasted sandwich thin topped with peanut butter and a sliced banana along with a glass of almond milk for 8 points.
I had to go into the office today—and I knew I wouldn’t make it through without some coffee. So I made an iced latte with almond milk and Almond Joy creamer for 1 point.
For my first break at work, I ate 1/2 serving of almonds and a light cheese stick for 4 points.
When I go into the office, I like to grab Sonic’s grilled chicken wrap—I just love it. Today, it was especially delicious. 10 points.
Worth every point…I swear.
And I had to have a soft serve cone from my favorite place since I was in town…strawberry swirl for 5 points.
mmmkay, in retrospect, should have skipped the cone or at least planned a little better today—but I was short on time this morning and last night! So it goes sometimes! No biggie, but I only have 5 points left for the night. I think I’ll try to eat a big salad tonight—because obviously I’m lacking on the veggies and fruit today! That should keep my supper lower in points value.
The workday went very fast, and I took a couple of hours vacation so I could get home in good time tonight. A pretty uneventful day!
I’m going to sign out early again tonight because we have plans for the evening and will be getting home late. Tomorrow should be a back to normal post! It’s been quite the week—busy, busy, busy!
