Onederland Box

For breakfast this morning, I ate an AE Dairy Raspberry Greek Yogurt for 5 points.

This was the first time I’ve seen the raspberry flavor Greek Yogurt by AE Dairy in the store—it was delish, just like all of the rest! But AE Dairy Clementine Greek Yogurt is still my favorite.

I also had a peach for 0 points.

I sipped on a cup of coffee all morning for 1 point.

On my first break, I had a whole wheat tortilla with turkey and laughing cow for 3 points.

For lunch, I ate a small salad with a tomato, Feta and Pecans topped with a little BBQ sauce and ranch for 3 points.

I also finished up the Progresso Light Clam Chowder for 3 points.

I was craving something crunchy so I had 1/2 serving to TJ’s Everything crackers and 1/2 serving of Artichoke, Spinach and Cheese Dip made with Greek Yogurt for 3 points.

That dip is SO good! Here’s the package:

I was really craving chocolate—but I told myself to eat fruit instead and if I still wanted chocolate in a few hours, I could have it then. I had cherries for 0 points.

On my last break, I was hungry and still craving something sweet, so I made a peach and banana smoothie for 1 point.

I also did my 10 pushups on my break.

And finally work was over for the day. Hubby got home a couple of hours before I was done working so I was ready to be done!

While waiting for supper to cook, I did my 25 sit ups. My abs are still sore from yesterday’s sit ups!

For supper, I had a salmon burger, roasted zucchini and egg plant, cucumbers, tomatoes, and corn on the cob for 7 points.

For dessert, I had I do! I do! Wedding Cake ice cream for 4 points.

I have 2 points left for the day.

After letting supper settle, Hubby and I headed out for a walk. We walked 1.82 miles in 35:04 and I burned 206 calories. I’ve completed 80/120 for the I Heart Summer Challenge.

Look what I found stashed on the top shelf of our storage area!

Hubby has a surprise for me when I reach 199.9 or lower on weigh in day. Awwww! How sweet! I am so excited to see what it is!! I’d love to see it tomorrow on weigh in day, but I’m kind of doubting that will happen…but this is great motivation! I see this box every morning when I get out of bed and walk down the hallway to start my day…it’s a great reminder! Smile
