It’s Thursday—we’re ALMOST to the weekend!
For breakfast this morning, I had Fiber One 80 calorie cereal with milk and a peach for 3 points.
I also sipped on coffee all morning for 1 point.
I still have the heartburn, the sore throat (mostly a pain/swollen feeling at the top of my throat), and woke up with a rash on my chest that faded as the day went on. Kind of weird because I seriously NEVER get heart burn. But Lori recommended I stay away from coffee (too late today!), tomatoes and juice until it subsides—thanks for the tips! I have been eating a lot of tomatoes lately—I just love them!
For lunch, I ate a bowl of oatmeal with a mashed banana and peanut butter along with a glass of milk for 10 points.
I was hoping something more bland would help with the heart burn. No such luck!
I wasn’t really in the mood to eat much of anything today. I just wasn’t feeling quite right. I almost skipped my WW meeting, but I decided to go. We learned about eating meatless…I might have to try that sometime. I think it was mostly to try to sell the new WW vegetable cookbook.
For supper, I meant to make an omelet but it didn’t work out so well, so I had egg whites/egg with cheese, onion, avocado, and turkey along with two Buttermilk waffles and sugar free syrup for 13 points.
A really, really good supper! I have never made eggs with avocado before and let me tell you—FANTASTIC!
And as you can see, I ate breakfast all day long…unintentionally! lol
For dessert, I had a serving of I do! I do! Wedding Cake ice cream for 4 points.

I used 1 weekly point. I barely had any veggies today. Today was just an off day for me. Definitely not my norm.
I did my 10 pushups but my abs are just too sore so I’m giving them a break today. I can barely get out of my chair without wincing…haha.
And now I’m going to rest and get a good night’s sleep and hope to feel better tomorrow.
