Blogging has been an integral part of my weight loss journey. My success so far is partly due to my blogging about my weight loss journey—but even more so due to the feedback, the motivation, and the encouragement that I get from my readers! I also get such motivation from reading all of your blogs. After writing my post on Sunday, I realized how wonderful all of you really are! Your words lifted me up and encouraged me. You made me realize that I am not alone in this journey- that so many of you have been where I’ve been or are struggling with the same things that I struggle with.
So I wanted to say Thank You. Thank you for reading my blog. Thank you for commenting. Thank you to the whole health blogging community for offering such insight and motivation in your posts.
