Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup light vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbs. Peanut Butter
- 1 cup crushed ice
Directions:
- Add the banana, spinach and yogurt to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add in the peanut butter until mixed in well.
- Add the crushed ice until the smoothie is a nice consistency.
This makes one smoothie for 4 Points Plus! DELICIOUS! It mostly just tastes like peanut butter- who WOULDN’T like that?
