So I’ve been thinking…

I might give myself a fitness challenge.

I’m thinking maybe the 30 Day Shred? I’m not sure if I want to do it 30 days straight or maybe just 5 days per week. I’m leaning towards 5 days per week because I will probably be so incredibly sore from not being as active lately!!

If I do this, anyone want to join me? I’d start Monday.
