Ingredients:
- Lettuce (as much as you like)
- 2 oz. tuna (canned in water)
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 1/2 dill pickle spear, chopped
- 1 Tbs. chopped onion
- 1 Tbs. light mayo
- 1 Tbs. Kraft Sandwich Shop Mayo Horseradish Dijon
- 1 Tbs. chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbs. dried cranberries
Directions:
- Mix together the tuna, tomato, pickle, onion, mayo, and Horseradish Dijon.
- Put lettuce onto your plate or bowl and top it with the tuna mixture.
- Toss the walnuts and cranberries on top.
Enjoy! This is a delicious salad and you don’t need to add any dressing because the tuna mixture is just right.
