Cranberry Walnut Tuna Salad- 6 Points Plus- Recipe Week 7

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce (as much as you like)
  • 2 oz. tuna (canned in water)
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 dill pickle spear, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbs. light mayo
  • 1 Tbs. Kraft Sandwich Shop Mayo Horseradish Dijon
  • 1 Tbs. chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbs. dried cranberries

Directions:

  1. Mix together the tuna, tomato, pickle, onion, mayo, and Horseradish Dijon.
  2. Put lettuce onto your plate or bowl and top it with the tuna mixture.
  3. Toss the walnuts and cranberries on top.

Enjoy! This is a delicious salad and you don’t need to add any dressing because the tuna mixture is just right.
