This morning I saw a loss on the scale. An itty bitty, teeny, tiny loss but a loss none the less. I weighed 202.8, which is a .1 loss for the week. Thanks to my new Weight Watchers Conair Scale (Giveaway!!)—I can track those tiny losses. But no Onederland box for me today. But don’t worry—I’m not giving up!
For breakfast this morning, I had a bowl of Fiber One 80 Calorie cereal with milk and a peach for 3 points.
One thing I love about waking up earlier in the morning is that I drink 6 cups of water by about 6:30 AM, and I feel so much more refreshed. I know it’s really good for me too! Plus, I have a little extra time to read blogs—and they are so motivational!
I sipped on coffee all morning for 1 point.
For my break, I ate an apple and peanut butter for 3 points.
And look what I got in the mail today!
Now I can go apply for my passport! Thankfully it’s all coming together.
For lunch, I had Progresso Light Italian Style Vegetable soup and a tomato sandwich for 5 points.
And I finished it out with a WW Coconut candy—covered in chocolate—for 1 point.
These are very good!
On my last break, I had a glass of orange juice to load up on vitamin C for 3 points.
I woke up with a sore throat this morning. It was the type of sore throat that was more painful than sore. And it has stuck around all day. Bleh.
I was really hungry after work, so I made my most recent favorite snack—a turkey, laughing cow wrap—3 points.
I have had heart burn all day today, starting when I woke up. I don’t know what that’s about but it’s annoying.
For supper, I had leftover homemade pizza with leftover veggies for 9 points. It looks like pepperoni on the pizza, but they’re actually tomatoes!
I had a serving of Blue Bunny I Do! I Do! Wedding Cake ice cream for dessert for 4 points.
I am out of points for the day—but I am full! But if I get hungry later, I could probably use some more fruits and veggies. And still have heartburn…I’m sure the pizza didn’t help that!
I did my 10 pushups and barely made it through my 25 sit ups! Wow—my abs are SORE! Otherwise, today is an official rest day for me.
So that’s all for today!

ReplyDeleteI don't know where you get that ice cream, but I need to find it. I need to work on my passport, it's on my list to do before I turn 30. No clue when I'll use it or what the destination will be, but I need to get at it!
