I enjoyed the memories that those of you shared to gain an extra entry into the Jolly Time giveaway. :)
For breakfast this morning I decided to switch it up. No bananas and peanut butter for me! I had oatmeal with peaches and a cup of 1% milk for 5.5 points.
This tasted so good and I need to start switching up my breakfasts again- I’m starting to eat the same things everyday again!
After breakfast, I got caught up on blogs. The time goes so quickly when I am reading up on them.
Before signing in to work, I made up my usual coffee with FF vanilla creamer for .5 point.
On my first break, I had a little apple and PB for 3 points.
The morning went by so quickly! Before I knew it, it was lunch time! I had a sweet potato and chicken noodle soup for 4 points.
Dessert was banana soft serve for 2 points. I only had this banana in the freezer for a couple of hours so it wasn’t as frozen as I usually like it, but it was still good!
For my last break, I was feeling hungry so I had 1/2 of a sandwich thin topped with a boiled egg for 2.5 points.
For supper, I had a turkey and ham 6” sub from Subway and baked BBQ Lays for 8 points.
We ate on the road as we made our way to my sister’s place.
We stopped at a gas station on the way and I got a 12 oz. sugar free French Vanilla cappuccino for 2 points.
I also had a cookie for 6 points.
I ended up using 2.5 weekly points for the day- so pretty good!
It was a long drive and I fell asleep for the last part of it. I was pretty tired when we arrived, so that’s why this post is late! :)
I am looking forward to this weekend! It will be a weekend filled with family. We are running our 3rd 5k Race this morning (Saturday)!! I’m nervous but looking forward to it, too. I couldn’t sleep this morning so I got up at 5:30- so much for sleeping in on the weekend! Oh well!
Hope you have a great weekend! Any big plans?
Its Saturday already....LOL, but know u doing this entry a day later...
ReplyDeleteI have given up eating crisps....I love it and when I have one i want more, and more and more, so am working on giving up all the trigger foods ~ have a problem with nuts as well...but as they good am trying to get myself to learn control.
Chips are the devil for me too!! I shy away from them...but I do have baked crackers sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI sometimes forget to switch up my breakfast and it leads to me getting burnt out from whatever I was constantly making. So I will definitely switch it up today. I am loving apples and peanut butter currently. Enjoy your day!!!

ReplyDeleteCan't wait to hear about the 5K race!
Hello! My name is Kelly and I stumbled across your blog and love your photo food diary with all your meals. In addition to everything looking really tasty, I think that's a pretty cool way to keep track of your days. For me, I find when I don't have some way to document everything that I forget about a snack or a little bite here and there, and then wonder why I'm not seeing results on the scale. I blog for Structure House, a weight loss residential center in Durham, NC. Check out our blog sometime. Looking forward to reading more from you! :)
