  2. I ride my bike and walk the dog daily. As far as food, snacks are my downfall. I need to plan ahead so I am not stuck with the shakes because I didn't eat. I'll have to try that ready to drink protein drink. It sounds good!

  3. I used to make protein shakes/smoothies all the time, especially for breakfast on the go. I'll have to give EAS a try next time I'm at the store!

  4. I eat a high fat diet so I'm rarely hungry, but when I AM, I eat cheese and pepperoni. This looks SO yummy, though! #client
