I can’t believe how quickly the weekend went! I did have a good weekend, though. Make sure to check out my recap of Saturday and also the CSN Stores Giveaway!
For breakfast this morning, I had a cup of oatmeal with a banana sliced on top along with 1 cup of 1% milk for 7 points.
I was really hungry on my first break, so I had a slice of whole grain toast with PB and a sliced banana for 6 points. This seems to be the time of day when I am genuinely hungry and eating a little bit more than an average snack at this time of the day really helps.
For lunch, I had whole wheat pasta with chili/Velveeta for 11 points.
Dessert was a 1/2 cup of light vanilla yogurt with about 1/2 cup of blueberries mixed in for 2 points.
For my last break, I had French Vanilla coffee with French Vanilla creamer for 2 points.
The work day went really quickly- which is always nice! Once again, I knew that if I didn’t work out right away after work I probably wouldn’t want to do it later so I jumped on the treadmill. The goal is always 2 miles, but once I get started, if I’m tired I have to at least run 1 mile without stopping. Well, I completed 2.25 miles. 1.5 miles of that running and .75 walking. I burned 315 calories and it took me 37 minutes. A great workout!! I have now completed 5.79 miles of my Merry-thon.
It was so nice to have hubby call and say he was coming home instead of just to talk a few minutes! He will be home for at least 7 weeks now and that makes me SO HAPPY!
For supper, I made HG BBQ chicken, green beans, and a slice of bread with light margarine and grape jelly for 7 points. I also had a diet cherry Pepsi because I had drank all of my water for the day.
For dessert, I had a cup of fresh pineapple for 0 points. This was PERFECT and so SWEET!
I ended up using 1 AP, which is fine because I have a bunch of them!
Now hubby and I are going to take it easy for the night and I am so looking forward to it! I think we’re going to watch an episode of Biggest Loser since we are behind.
I hope you had a great Monday!
I have been following WW unofficially! Whenever I am hungry I end up eating a fruit coz I know its 0 points LOL!!
