Once again, I gained weight today. The good news is, I lost .4 for the week total. It's really frustrating to know that I have been a couple pounds less for the rest of the week and for some reason I am gaining on Wed. mornings. Maybe I need to eat something lighter for suppers on Tuesday nights. It will come off eventually.
I've decided to start taking pictures of everything I eat, like some of you do. I can't say how faithful I will be in this, as my days are hectic sometimes and I won't be able to take a picture, but I'm going to give it a try. I would like feedback on what I'm eating. Anything to help me out!
