Weigh in Day

This week I lost 4.9 lbs. I am happy with that loss!

It would be a lot more exciting if I wasn’t making up for lost time with the weight I gained—but that’s just the way it is and I can’t change what is already done.

I am still 7.2 lbs. above my lowest weight. But 4.9 lbs. is a good loss for a week!

I weighed in at 208.5 for a total lost to date of 79.5 lbs.

Slowly, but surely, I’m getting there!

  1. Well done, that's a fabulous result. Forget about the past, forget about your previous lows, forgive yourself the errors of the past. Every day is an opportunity for a new start and new success :)
