ReplyDeleteI sucked this summer, but to stay healthy on the go, I pack snacks and my water bottle. I like the 90 calorie fiber bars, almonds, and clementines for snacks that store well in my purse. It keeps me from picking up something I'll regret later!
My main thing with being on the go is to plan, plan, plan. I pack my lunch the night before and always have a bottle of water with me.

ReplyDeleteIn all honestly I usually grab a Fiber One bar on mornings when I'm in a rush and need breakfast! I pair it with a fruit and a bottled water. It's just the regular ones though that are 4 points, not this 90-cal one. :)

I can so relate to grabbing something unhealthy when I am on the go and do not plan ahead. I do it quite often. I will generally try to keep a granloa bar or some kind of 100 cal pack in my car.

The key for me when on the go is to plan.....it is when I lose that feeling of being organized that I make bad decisions.

ReplyDeleteI tote my water bottle with me everywhere. I also keep gum on hand in case I feel the need for something to chew on. when you have that peppermint taste you your mouth it really keeps me from snacking.
