This is a very easy cheesecake to make and it is creamy and delicious!
What you’ll need:
Ingredients:
- Sugar Free Cool Whip (8 oz.)
- Neufchatel Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Splenda
- 1 6 oz. Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Directions:
- Let the Cool Whip and the Neufchatel Cheese get to room temperature.
- Mix the Cool Whip and the Neufchatel Cheese together until creamy.
3. Add the Splenda and mix until well blended.
4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust very
carefully and refrigerate for at least a couple
of hours.
This makes 8 servings at 7 Points Plus each. It is perfect topped with sliced strawberries. If you prefer not to use artificial sweeteners, you can substitute the Splenda for Sugar in an equal amount- just make sure to refigure the Points Plus value!

That looks good! I'll keep that in mind for get-togethers... I think if I made it and there were any leftovers, that would be a problem!
