Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Blend
- 1 cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
- 1 egg
- 24 Dark Chocolate Kisses
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350* F.
- Combine Splenda, peanut butter and egg.
- Shape into 24 balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove cookies from the oven and immediately place a chocolate kiss onto the center of the cookies, smashing the cookies down.
These come out to be 3 Points Plus each, or two for 5 Points Plus. They are delicious! Don’t worry if they are VERY oily when making them, they turn out just fine!
