New Year Resolutions: Check up / Pictures

1. Run a 5k.- ACCOMPLISHED JULY 3RD. I actually have a second one planned in September. :)

2. Be a better wife.- I try to do what I can. We have a happy marriage and that’s all that I can ask for!

3. Continue to become healthier.- I think I’m on track with this. I’m exercising regularly, eating lots of fruits and veggies, and drinking lots of water.

4. Get debt under control- We’re still working on it- but could be doing a little better!

5. Weigh less on January 1st 2011, than I do on January 1st 2010!- I have lost 20 lbs since January!!! Very happy with that!

We attended a 125 year celebration for a small town. My father in law asked us to go. He has antique tractors as a hobby and asked my husband to ride one of them in the parade along with him. I just watched. We ate lunch there, a healthy pork loin sandwich- that looked like it was baked! I drove back to the in-law's house while hubby and FIL drove the tractors back. These things are extremely slow, so to waste the time- I took random pictures at their place. haha Here are some pictures from today.

  36. congratulations on meeting the goals you set. getting debt under control is a big goal and very important too. One trick is to open a saving account and always deposit to it 1st of the month, then budget the rest over the month - verse saving what is left over.
