For a snack at 9:00 I ate a banana, forgot to take a picture. (2 pts) and also 1 cup of Kettle corn. (1 pt)
For lunch I had 2 wraps (carb smart tortilla, 1 piece of cheese, 2 slices of turkey lunch meat), and 1 cup of canned pineapple. (7 pts)This may not seem huge, but the fact that my Valentine's day candy lasted over a week is a big deal for me. In the past, I would have had it all eaten in 2 days. I still have a full size Ghiardelli chocolate bar left! I have to give myself a pat on the back for that one. Baby steps!
